1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TestGenius ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TestGenius is an AI-powered test generation tool that creates test code based on user-provided source code. The Service uses AI models to analyze code and generate test files.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account via GitHub OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious code or attempt to exploit the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the AI models
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the free tier
• Resell access to the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all code you upload. Generated test code is owned by you. TestGenius retains rights to its platform, AI models, and underlying technology.

6. Billing and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. TestGenius is not liable for any damages arising from use of generated test code. Always review generated tests before using in production.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
